MBA Fellowship Program
Join our business advisory team of entrepreneurs, industry experts, and venture capitalists, to help Stanford innovators with business model development, go-to-market strategy, competitive analysis, market research, and product-market fit. Collaborate with Stanford inventors of emerging technologies in energy, materials, software, cell & gene therapy, digital health, therapeutics, devices & diagnostics, artificial intelligence, & climate tech.
We are looking for Stanford students enrolled in the MBA program, who have completed their first year prior to the fellowship, preferably with an engineering, physical sciences, or life sciences degree. Industry, consulting, and VC experience valued.
This is a paid fellowship with an hourly rate of $42.00/hour and an average time commitment of 5–10 hours per week during the school year. As part of the selection process, candidates may spend approximately 4–8 hours participating in interviews and team-matching activities. These rates are set according to the HIT Fund program budget and are not based on market benchmarks or specific TA role considerations.
