Ying-Li Chen

Ying-Li Chen is an Assistant Director, Business Development and Strategic Marketing and manages a team ranging from associates to interns at the Stanford Office of Technology Licensing (OTL). She joined OTL in 2019 and established the Business Development and Marketing Team to lead the technology marketing and public relations efforts. She connects industry partners with inventors to commercialize Stanford’s research and innovation through licensing, strategic alliances, and industry sponsored research. She has more than 11 years of experience in technology commercialization and entrepreneurship at Stanford University, University of California, San Francisco, and Johns Hopkins University.
