The Office of Technology Licensing (OTL) is committed to expediting meaningful research efforts that support recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. OTL is working to consolidate resources across the university and beyond that can drive collaboration to accelerate innovations, in coordination with Stanford RISE, Stanford's COVID-19 Crisis Response Plan implemented by Marc Tessier-Lavigne, President of Stanford University. Championing the university’s commitment to a socially responsible recovery, we have spearheaded technology licensing principles "COVID-19 Technology Access Framework" intended to facilitate and maximize access to rapidly developed inventions.
