Vical Research License

Stanford has signed a license with Vical Incorporated to receive the right to practice patented technology which relates to the delivery of polynucleotides to vertebrates.  The license is for educational and internal research purposes only.   Under this license, Stanford has assumed the following obligations, with which you must comply if you use this technology:
